Introduction

Fractions help us divide things into equal parts. In this Adventure, we’ll explore how fractions work and what they mean. You’ll then create fractions in the Makerspace.

Makerspace Challenge: 2-3-4-6-8 Fractions

Change the color of the pie pieces to match the fraction.

Instructions:‍

Enter your makerspace. You’ll find 4 fractions and a pie shape with parts in front of each fraction.
Click on a pie piece to see the Editing tools. Click Color and change the color.
Continue until each pie matches the fraction above it.
