Kai XR is excited to announce the release of our latest Create makerspace update! Here's what's new for May 2023.

These features have been highly requested by our users and we’re overjoyed to share we listened to your feedback and have expanded our immersive learning platform to offer even more opportunities for students to develop essential 21st-century skills.

Customizable People Assets

We are delighted to share the release of our first-ever people assets in Kai XR's virtual world!

These assets allow students to explore a variety of career fields and create diverse and unique virtual worlds that reflect their interests and passions.

With a range of customizable options to explore, students can unleash their creativity and imagination to build personalized avatars that represent their unique identities.

First-Person View in Play Mode

With our new first-person view in play mode, students now can experience their creations in a whole new way!

With this feature, students can use their favorite devices or whatever technology is accessible in the classroom to explore their virtual worlds from a more immersive perspective. By switching to first-person view, students can enhance their spatial reasoning and problem-solving skills as they navigate through their creations and interact with the environment.

This feature not only adds a new level of engagement to the learning experience but also encourages students to think critically and creatively as they explore.

New Block Assets

We’ve also debuted new block assets in Kai XR's virtual world!

These assets provide students with endless opportunities to explore their creativity and imagination, as they design and build whatever they can imagine. With a range of new geometrical shapes and sizes to choose from, students can create structures, towers, and more, while unlocking math pathways for teachers to explore in their classroom!

By using these block assets, students can develop not only their engineering and design skills but also their communication and collaboration skills. New Shortcut Keys

With just a simple keystroke, you can now undo or redo your last action, without having to navigate through menus or use your mouse. Another key addition is the focus button. This button allows you to quickly zoom in on a specific part of your design, making it easier to work on intricate details and ensuring that you can see everything clearly.
